Chris Craggs

Chris is a Certified Financial Planner and qualified Accountant whose primary aim is to develop lifetime plans for clients by clearly understanding their personal situations and financial goals. As a business manager and strategist, Chris is involved in multiple organisations including health, medical and finance. Chris’ commitment to charitable organisations comes from a strong belief in paying it forward.

Damien Green

Damien has over 15 years’ experience in the Transport and Logistics industry filling a variety of roles from Store person to Operations Management. He has seen firsthand the benefits of giving young adults with disabilities opportunities to be part of the workforce and will do everything he can to create more.

Peter Lam

Peter has over 10 years’ experience the finance industry, holding extensive knowledge in Financial Planning and Accounting for small to medium businesses. He holds the highest designation for financial planners (CFP) and is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants. With a passion to help the community, he is also one of the youngest Chairman of a Bendigo Bank branch where he is responsible for the governance and strategic direction of the organisation.

Tara Owen

Tara has been a carer for various service providers for aged care and people with disabilities like Baptistcare and CamCan. Her aim is to assist people with disabilities to maintain their independence whilst living in the local communities. She hopes to enrich the lives of people with disabilities through employment with Bright Skies Careers Ltd so that they can be as independent as possible.

Debbie Yip

Debbie is a Certified Practising Accountant and has been the Practice Manager of a medical practice for the last 20 years. She also has a degree in Psychology and Primary Education. She is a mother and carer of a young adult with disabilities therefore her wish for people with disabilities is for them to lead a full and meaningful lives through participation in meaningful employment and the opportunities for social inclusion.

Paul Yuen

Paul is an Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon who consults in Murdoch, Armadale and Fiona Stanley Hospital. He is the current secretary of the WA division of the Australian Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgeons and Chairman of the ENT department of SJOG Murdoch. His desire to serve the community has led to his past appointment as a people’s warden of the St. Mary’s Anglican Church in West Perth and his current position as a director of Bright Skies Careers Ltd.
